PA (Temporary)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PA to support the Director of a commercial chartered surveying practice. The ideal candidate will be an efficient multitasker with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires impeccable attention to detail and a strong sense of discretion due to the confidential nature of the work.

Pay Rate: £17 Per hour / Dependent on experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the Director's schedule by scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
• Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, audio typing and ensure follow-up on action items to support effective meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.
• Oversee office supplies and equipment.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a PA.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
