A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA to work with the Chief Executive of this long established, highly successful company based in Westerham who offer a professional, welcoming working environment.
This is a pivotal role within the company ensuring a confidential and professional PA service is provided at all times.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage diary
- Book travel and accommodation arrangements
- Organise exhibitions, Corporate Events and related travel
- Meeting Preparation
- Collate and submit expense claims
- Action emails and manage inbox as required
- All correspondence and drafting replies where necessary
- Maintaining a coherent and easily referenced filing system
- Office management including managing Reception and some HR responsibilities included.
- CRM Maintenance
Your key skills:
- Ability to build strong relationships with others by dealing effectively and courteously with queries
- Able to multi-task and work to deadlines and adapt to ever changing workload.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, internally and externally
- Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times
- A proven PA/Secretarial background and Intermediate/ advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft packages essential.
