Description
The successful PA will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the Deputy CEO
- Managing the Deputy CEO's diary and scheduling meetings
- Coordinating with other departments on behalf of the Deputy CEO
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Organising events and conferences as required
- Managing projects and conducting research
- Ensuring efficient operation of the office
- Handling confidential information in a professional manner
Profile
The successful PA should have:
- Prior experience in a similar role and preferably at c suite level
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office and other business software
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently
