Pa To Directors

Our clients are a leading local employer and due to growth within the company they are looking to recruit an experienced PA to support the Directors within the company.

Working from Central Manchester offices, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation and managing staff task allocation for the office and Project Managers and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Directly working with the Managing Director
• Setting meetings in the dairy for the MD with agendas
• Attending meetings with the MD taking notes/minutes
• Collating and recording the notes/minutes into a format easily readable and available to review.
• Distributing all notes and minutes to all the relevant staff
• Making sure the next meetings are booked in the dairy and all previous notes/minutes are ready and a brief is handed to the MD.
• Working with the MD to collate job role and tasks information from staff and recording and distributing the information.
• Working with the MD on various works helping record information and having this distributed and organised.
• Ad hoc Administrative Duties
• Preparing beverages for visitors
• Knowledge of spreadsheets Required.
• Microsoft office software experience essential

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of supporting Directors/ senior staff within a PA capacity and have the ability to work independently, making operational decisions where required.

Skills Required:

• Project management skills and familiarity with software would be a significant benefit.
• Support and deliver events when required.
• Supplier relationship management, and Inventory control
• Compiling and Managing processes as well as developing and implement new models of working which have identified efficiencies and cost savings.
• Reporting / writing skills / attention to detail
• Strong IT skills (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, comfortable with new systems)
• You will report directly to the Director and have responsibilities in delivering KPIs, balancing alignment with Company management objectives.
