Role: Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant

Salary: £32k-39.5k DOE

Hours: Full-time - Monday to Friday

Location: LE1 Leic city centre - Parking available in company car park.

37.5 hours per week

If have experience as a PA / EA with flare for music this one may be for you? Music has been proven to be good for the soul, The company hosts a couple social 'open mic' nights for up and coming local artists / performers each month which you'll have access to front row seats.

As a PA / EA You will play a crucial role in supporting 3 company directors by providing efficient administrative and personal assistance, contributing to the overall productivity.

Day-to-day responsibilities;

• Calendar and schedule management
• Meeting coordination and support
• Communication and correspondence
• Admin Support

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Proven experience as a Personal assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in using productivity tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations.
