Role Responsibilities:

This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career. The role balances time between our office supporting with the administration and carrying out of setting up new care services, introducing carers, revising Care Plans, carrying out Spot Checks and observing carer competencies both in our dedicated training space and in our clients’ homes. You will also remain directly involved with client care by undertaking care visits.

As Field Care Supervisor you will be responsible for supporting the Care Manager to ensure that we provide a high-quality care service. You will enable our great carers to feel confident and competent in their role by providing coaching, support, and great service. You will also help to improve client’s care by safe and effective care planning.

Financial Wellbeing:

  • We pay a competitive salary of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, pro rata based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • We pay £13 an hour for weekday calls and £15 an hour for any weekend work outside of your contracted hours.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays each year
  • Paid travel mileage at 0.45p per mile client to client and the same mileage payment when undertaking supervisory activities from office to client.
  • NEST company pension.

  • Ashridge Home Care uses the Care Friends app which ensures a generous Refer a Friend Scheme offering up £400 per friend referred.
