Office Based Role

A UHNWI is looking for a German speakingPA to provide support to their EA, based in their home in Chelsea. This role involves a unique blend of personal and business support within a fast-paced and dynamic environment . If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are friendly and approachable, and possess the ability to take on various tasks with initiative, this is a great opportunity for you. Fluent German is a must.

Duties involves:

• Daily Support: Assist the EA with daily tasks, ensuring smooth operations
• Design Assistance: Support various interior design projects including research contractors and suppliers
• Multilingual Communication: Respond to German emails and type dictated messages accurately
• Language Translation: Sort and translate German correspondence and invoices into English
• Diary and Travel Management: Efficiently manage diaries and assist in booking family holidays
• Financial Administration: Process private invoices and reconcile accounts
• Budget Meetings Participation: Attend quarterly private budget meetings, presenting findings on expenses

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant
• Fluent in German, both verbally and written
• PC literate, proficient in MS Office (including Outlook) and a strong typing speed
• Able to use reports on Xero and assist with financial task including paying and reconciling invoices
• Exceptionally organised with a keen eye for detail
• Adaptable and able to take on various tasks and demonstrate initiative and resilience.
• Friendly and approachable demeanour even in a fast-paced environment.
