The opportunity
We are seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to support our Executive Team and the wider College Office.
You will be part of the College Office team, who provide high-level administrative support to the Executive team at Central Saint Martins and wider Senior Management team. You will manage the diaries of the management team, take minutes and prepare meeting papers and liaise with external and internal stakeholders.
About you
Successful applicants should have:
- Demonstrable experience in providing administrative support to colleagues in senior management roles.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrable experience in committee servicing, taking accurate minutes with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to plan and prioritise competing demands whilst always maintaining confidentiality.
