The post will be office based at Hellingly. The 18 hours will be split evenly between 3 x 6 hours days, days to be agreed with the successful candidate.
This is a challenging role which requires someone with excellent organisational skills who is used to dealing with conflicting priorities. Diary management is part of the role so applicants must have comprehensive experience in managing complex electronic diaries and in the co-ordination and planning of the secure inpatient service wide activities.
The following skills will be essential:
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation and with key external stakeholders.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
- Ability to prioritise your work effectively as you will be required to manage large volumes of work with a fast turnaround.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
