Description
- PA to HR Director in daily administrative duties.
- Support with recruitment and onboarding of new staff
- Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, and events.
- Prepare and review documents and communications.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Support with Ad-Hoc HR tasks
- Handle queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain an organised filing system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute positively to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
