The PA to HR Director will provide vital support in managing day-to-day operations and communications for a key figure in a leading retail organisation. Description PA to HR Director in daily administrative duties. Support with recruitment and onboarding of new staff Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, and events. Prepare and review documents and communications. Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity. Support with Ad-Hoc HR tasks Handle queries and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain an organised filing system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Contribute positively to the Secretarial & Business Support team. Profile A successful PA to HR Director should have: A strong educational background. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Proficiency in using office software and systems. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. A high level of confidentiality and integrity. The ability to work well in a team environment.
