£35,000 - £40,000 per annum + 10% bonus at the end of 12 months

Are you comfortable managing busy diaries for multiple Directors?
We are working exclusively with our client based in West Malling to recruit an experienced PA to join their team on a Fixed Term basis for 1 year (but with potential to extend).
The role is busy and varied and needs someone who is used to to juggling a lot of different duties in a position where no two days are the same.
Key Duties Include:
- Diary Management
- Events organisation
- Administrative support
- HR Administration including staff on-boarding
- Office management - ordering supplies and answering incoming calls, as well as facilities management
The role is office based but allows up to 1 day a week working from home, the office has free on site parking.
Working hours are 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday.
Please note: Due to the role being a contract they do require a candidate who is available immediately or on up to 2 weeks notice, interviews will be immediate and start date will be the beginning of March.
To be considered for the role you must have worked as a PA or EA in your previous role.
