- A dynamic team in Kent is in search of a skilled Commercial Manager with vital main contracting experience, particularly in residential projects. The ideal candidate, with SQS Level/MQS expertise, will play a pivotal role in financial reporting, client management, and commercial reporting. Leverage established contacts to drive new business, contributing to the growth of the expanding residential division.
- The role offers a mix of WFH, site visits, and office work (1-2 days per week).
- With aspirations for a Commercial Director role, the candidate will lead the commercial function in a team comprising a Director, Construction Director, and 2 QS.
- Join the development of a new residential division, focusing on high-end houses in Kent.
