Our client is a well established and growing business within the manufacturing industry. They are currently seeking a PA to assist the Office Manager with a range of duties and the ability to take ownership for certain areas of her role, enabling her to free up time to get involved within other areas of the business during expansion. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history and be keen to find a long term career within a thriving business. You will be highly computer literate and have superb organisational skills and attention to detail.You will be involved in and take responsibility for some of the following: management of a small product line (orders, purchasing and production schedules), HR & Recruitment, Health & Safety, Facilities management, dealing with utilities, company insurances, property management (including invoicing and dealing with tenants) along with ad hoc project work and other administrative and organisational duties. The role will also require you to assist in answering incoming calls to the Company, general office admin (stationery, post etc) and Senior Management as required. To succeed in this role, you will be motivated, enthusiastic and eager to take on a role where you will be responsible for certain areas of the business with the possibly of working towards Office Management level. You will have a passion for administration, great organisational skills are a must as well as a high-level knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Training will be provided on Company specific software. A good work ethic and flexibility is required, happy to undertake any task given with a can-do attitude.
