Your new role
In this role, you\'ll be responsible for coordinating and managing a variety of administrative activities, working closely with the senior team. You will be a confident and ambitious individual working in a fast-paced environment and managing the administrative functions of the Founder & CEO's office.
To be successful, you\'ll need to have a track record of working in a fast-paced environment and excellent communication and planning skills. You\'ll be able to exercise sound judgement, manage multiple tasks at once, and maintain confidentiality while prioritising your workload.

What you\'ll need to succeed
Essential Criteria:

  • Substantial, recent experience as a PA supporting a senior manager
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and discretion
  • Excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach
  • Experience of committee support, drafting agendas and writing minutes
  • High standard of literacy with an eye for detail
  • Ability to manage and monitor a variety of tasks at the same time
  • Experience of managing systems for tracking workflow and follow-up actions
  • Flexible approach, self-motivation, resilience and ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Excellent skills in office IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Numeracy skills
