An exciting opportunity has arisen to join my client as a Receptionist / Office Manager.
Duties include:
- First point of contact, welcoming visitors and offering refreshments
- Handling all incoming telephone calls - dealing with queries, forwarding calls to the relevant person, taking messages promptly delivering
- Reading and answering emails
- Arranging internal events and meetings
- Managing meeting room diaries and scheduling appointments
- Handling all mail - handling both local and international shipments,
- Opening and sorting out mail
- Franking outgoing mail
- Manage and oversee orders via e-store, telephone, email and fax and oversee the e-store
- Book transport and couriers in a time and cost-effective manner
- Managing Complimentary subscription list
- Communicate company updates to both local and international employees
- Maintaining a tidy office
- Loading and unloading the dishwasher daily and keeping the kitchen tidy
Skills and Requirements:
- Demonstrable administration, time management and organisational skills are essential
- Ability to communicate confidently with internal stakeholders, build strong working relationships with colleagues and work efficiently on own initiative are essential
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft
- Be organised, resilient and enthusiastic
- Education to A-level standard is essential. A degree qualification is desired
