Legal Receptionist / Office Manager

One of our clients, a Barristers Chambers based in Chancery Lane, are looking for a new Legal Receptionist/Office Manager to join their close-knit team.

They are going through an internal restructure and need someone who's really personable and supportive to come in and help the day to day running of the chambers.

Duties

- Greeting Barristers and Clients into the Chambers

- Taking and transferring calls

- Online Meeting management, setting up and hosting online hearings

- Day to day administration

- Diary Management

- Helping out with Events
