Receptionist - 4-6 Months!

Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for a Receptionist to join one of our top law firm client's London office.

This role will be for at least 4-6 months and has the working hours of 10am - 6pm.

Duties will include:

• Ensuring visitors and clients are received in a professional manner.
• Signing in visitors.
• Being a main point of contact for visiting attorneys.
• Arranging catering for meetings.
• Maintaining a clean & tidy reception area.
• Answering calls and directing accordingly, as well as taking full and accurate messages.
• Handling taxi and reservation requests.
• Assisting with administration tasks when required.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 18 months' reception experience and great customer service skills as you will be the face of the firm.
