Receptionist - beautiful office in Canary Wharf, providing a 5-star welcome and service to clients.

• Office based: Monday to Friday - hours ***9am-3pm***
• Location: London, Canary Wharf (2/3 minutes from station)

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet clients, offer refreshments, liaise with ground floor reception and security
• First point of contact for clients and visitors to the office, providing a first class service
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
• Ensure shared areas are well stocked with refreshments
• Floor checks to ensure the office is immaculate
• Provide administrative support to the Centre Manager
• Assist with the organisation and scheduling of meetings, appointments

Receptionist Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist, or an administrator
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, keen to learn
• Personable, happy to help approach
