SalaryOur client is a highly successful accident repair centre operating out of a 43,000sqft Bodyshop base in the North West London area. They have a good stable team in the workshop, as a Company they don’t often recruit as a large number of the staff have been there many years.
The role of Bodyshop Receptionist will primarily be to work on the front of house seeing customers in, answering incoming phone calls, booking in various accident and repair jobs, updating customers on the progress of their vehicles, invoicing for work that been completed and taking payment.
Details & Benefits of this Bodyshop Receptionist vacancy include:
- Competitive basic salary up to £35,000 p.a. depending on experience.
- Bonus opportunity giving an OTE up to £39,000 p.a.
- Weekday Hours are 8.30am-5.30pm with an hour for lunch.
- Saturdays are worked on a Rota: (1 in 3) 9.00am – 12.00pm.
- Company Pension Scheme & Holiday Allowance of 20 days +b/h.
- Required: UK Right to Work & Full Manual UK Driving Licence.
- Have a professional track record working on front of house in an accident repair centre or other automotive service department.
- Have a good telephone and customer facing manner.
- You must be computer literate.
