A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a corporate receptionist to join an elite, city law firm
This 5-star customer service role will expose you to all receptionist activities such as client care, management of over 30 meeting rooms, and event management support.
This Receptionist role has a shift pattern you would need to adhere to and only requires you to be on site 4 days per week which is:
Monday - Friday (07.30 - 18:00) with the occasional late shift which may be required.
Legal Receptionist
The receptionist role will have a mobile approach , monitor client reception desks, greeting visitors positively, and dealing with administrative tasks in a professional manner.
You will be dealing with client telephone queries whilst providing first-class service and knowledge to callers, data input, and booking of meeting room requests.
The role holder should ideally thrive in a people-driven environment, enjoy challenges, have high attention to detail, and enjoy delivering an exceptional client experience.
You, as a corporate Legal Receptionist would have:
- Experience within a corporate receptionist role previously
- Be flexible with working patterns and shifts
- Excellent telephone manner and presentation skills
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
