Job description

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment?

Our client, a leading provider of development tools for platforms, is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, including handling phone calls, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and office supply ordering.
  • Maintain and update files, databases, and records.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support the HR department with various tasks such as onboarding new employees and organising company events.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
