This interiors client is looking for a strong all-rounder to work with the Office Manager, as an integral part of the team.
This team assistant / reception manager will be responsible for the smooth running of the office, carrying out FOH and receptionist duties, and assisting with PA work for a senior exec - as required.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and energetic team player with a proactive, can-do attitude. They should be efficient and energetic, with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Previous office environment experience is essential, and whilst previous reception and PA experience is preferable it is not essential for the right candidate.
Good Apple / iOS systems knowledge required.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Reception, front of house and meeting room set up / management
- Responsible for the smooth running of all aspects of the office
- The first point of contact / liaise with IT support regarding tech issues.
- Update, back up, maintain and troubleshoot Directors’ iPhones and iPads,
- Diary coordination and management
- Manage all travel and produce detailed itineraries
- Book flights, drivers, parking, taxis, car hire, restaurants and hotels
- Ordering breakfast/lunch at the office daily
- Senior exec PA support
- General administration duties
Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm
Based: Office / FT
Salary: £25k + discretionary annual bonus based on individual / Co’ performance,
Holiday: 20 days + additional days at management’s discretion during office closure (e.g. between Christmas and New Year)
