A truly excellent opportunity for a super polished Team Assistant or high level corporate Receptionist to join a highly regarded investment firm based in the most exquisite Mayfair offices.
If you have been providing 5* Front of House support, or assisting a small high-level team, and want to take the next step up – this is the role for you!
THE ROLE:
- Providing administrative support to a tight knit and vibrant investment team
- Answering calls and seamlessly directing them to the correct individual
- Meeting management and preparation
- Scheduling high volumes of meetings in a proactive manner
- Advising catering assistants
- Creating documents
- Providing a 5* Front of House service on reception, by appointment only
- Ad hoc admin duties
THE CANDIDATE:
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience within a corporate Team Assistant or front of house environment
- Immaculately presented and confident when liaising with UHNWI
- Keen to learn, happy to get fully involved, with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Meticulous attention to detail, high personal standards, and an intelligent approach to working
The hours for this role are 9:30 – 19:00 Monday to Friday, and it is fully office based.
