LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently recruiting for a Receptionist with Spanish languages skills for the busy head office or this international firm.

This is a fantastic entry level opportunity for a someone who has strong organisation and administrative skills as well and a professional telephone manner. Spanish language skills would be an advantage, but not essential, based in the Chiswick area on a fulltime 9-6 basis. Duties are broad and varied, with a friendly and supportive working environment.

Candidates should be confident and proactive, quick to learn, able to use initiative and take on responsibility. Proficient IT skills required and good general level of attention to detail. A positive and personable approach will be essential.

Receptionist duties will include:

• Welcoming clients and preparing meeting rooms and refreshments
• Answering phones and email correspondence
• Ordering office supplies and dealing with service providers
• Producing invoices and accounts reports
• Keeping systems information accurate and up to date
• Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
• Scheduling calls and meetings ensuring all preparations are made
• Providing assistance to other senior members
