Job description

Our client requires an experienced and pro-active Receptionist / Facilities Assistant to provide all round support in their busy Family Office in Mayfair.

The role is multi-faceted covering all reception and administrative duties as well overseeing the buildings meeting rooms, providing hospitality and managing the general upkeep of facilities.

You will have solid experience in a similar role, be used to a fast paced and ever changing role with a flexible and adaptable approach and as well as excellent reception and admin skills you must be happy to muck in, run up and down the 5 floors (there's only 1 lift!) as required and take on whatever task is needed!

Hours:-   Full time with some out of hours support required

Location:-   Mayfair, London

Salary:-   £40-45k depending on experience

Start Date:-   ASAP

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Reception duties including answering calls and responding to emails
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Administrative duties such as meeting room bookings, calendar scheduling and all round support
  • Preparing and clearing meeting rooms
  • Ensuring facilities are up to standard
  • Stock and inventory check of office supplies
  • Errand running as required

Candidates must be / have:

  • Experience in a similar role preferably from a Family Office environment
  • Confident and outgoing personality with an energetic and proactive approach
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Discreet and confidential at all times
