Global Oil and Gas Company (HQ Switzerland) based in luxury boutique offices is looking for a PA/ EA/ Office Manager to come on board to support small team in their Family Office based in the heart of Mayfair. This is a newly created role supporting the CFO and Director. Typical duties include extensive travel arrangements, diary management and meeting organisation. In addition, you will be responsible for, events, admin emails, office management and any ad hoc research and project work as and when required. When the family are in town you will also support in a personal capacity and be on hand to deal with day to day requests.
This is a fabulous role for a candidate looking to build their own role. You must be well organised with excellent communication skills. We are looking for a flexible, can-do candidate with lots of initiative and self motivation. A polished, professional approach is essential.
Please note this is an office based role and we do require an immediately available candidate.
