The Shore Group are representing a top fit-out contractor on a project in London who require a Office Manager (Project support / Information Manager/ Document Controller)
- To be the focal point and first point of contact within the project office
- Manage the projects social calendar and social value
- Take full ownership and responsibility for the day-to-day management and use of Procore
- Understands the purpose of the Procore tools and the supporting role each and every one has on a successful project
- Can use all the tools that are available on Procore
- Based on site full time with limited and controlled flexible working from home
- Arrange Procore forums, adequate training and support for project specific supply chain partners
- Before close of business each Friday review the Procore dashboard and communicate with (mail & phone) the “ball in court” of overdue (red) and next 7 day (yellow) for action to be resolved
- Be an integral part/leader of the customer experience offering by the team
- Have experience / training on the software platforms used by subcontractors and adjoining contractors date collection platforms
- Be competent in word
- Be competent in excel
- Be competent in power point
- Be competent in report formatting and minute taking
- Front of house coordination
