What to expect
As an Insights Manager, you will undertake a valuable role responsible for advising, commissioning and interpreting research for use by the business. Using research, you will help us to understand and improve audience engagement, in line with our purpose.
As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct research with a variety of audiences including general consumers, customers, Postmasters, colleagues, MPs, journalists, and wider business stakeholders.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have credible experience, either agency or client side, independently leading research projects. In addition, you will:
- Have experience scripting surveys using CMIX (Dynata platform)
- Be comfortable presenting insights and explaining research outcomes to stakeholders
- Be able to create engaging outputs
- Effectively manage research suppliers and research budget
- Be able to execute data analysis with using statistical research software such as SPSS or Q research
- Be familiar with both ad hoc and tracking research
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the core principles of Market Research
