SalaryFantastic new position for an experienced Office Manager to join an established company based in Belgravia.
We are looking for dynamic candidates with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Office Manager. You must have excellent organisational and planning skills, great communication and be a real problem solver. This is a fast-paced role so you must be able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Developing and maintaining administrative policies and processes
- Managing administrative and clerical activities, e.g. identifying office needs from furniture to stationery and maintenance
- Arranging and supervising logistic services to senior management and VIP visitors
- Work closely with HR to ensure effective implementation of office standard and procedures
- Laise with Property Management Agent to ensure functioning of office facilities
- Ensure that all HSE and safety measure are followed and corrected in timely manner
As the Office Manager your job is to ensure that all operations are running as smoothly and efficiently as possible. You will be based in beautiful offices, with a great team. They are small knit team so wanting someone lovely and friendly to join. It’s a smart and corporate environment so they are looking for someone professional and well presented. You must also be educated to degree level or equivalent.
