Job title:Office Manager
Salary: Up to £40k
Location: Aldgate
My client is looking for an Office Manager to join their team, this role would suit someone who has previous experience in a similar role. This is a varied role, which will provide you lots of exposure. They are a lovely company, looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team and can build rapport. This role is fully office based as it requires a presence throughout the working day. The are really looking for someone with great energy to contribute to the overall feel of the office.
Duties:
- Office management
- HR duties, this will include: Disciplinaries, managing attendance/ punctualities, Offboarding/Termination of employment
- Implement operations and procedures
- Keeping the office maintained
- Accounts Admin - Invoicing, Purchase orders, preparing payroll, Chase payments.
- File Management
- Have experience using Xero accounting software and Excel
