Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in overseeing the administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure efficiency
- Supervise clerical staff and provide guidance and support
- Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism
- Maintain office records and ensure accurate documentation
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry
- Utilise QuickBooks for financial record-keeping
- Manage human resources functions including recruitment and training
- Coordinate office events and meetings
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office software
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Previous experience in supervising staff within an office setting
