Job Title: Receptionist & Office Manager

Hours:Full time, 9:30-5:30
How long for:Ongoing temporary
Pay: £13-£15
Location:Bond Street, fully in office
Duties:
- Be the first point of contact for all visitors to the office, welcoming guests in a corporate and professional way -
- Open and close the office
- Set up the office to be operational, including turning on all fans, TVs, and equipment where needed
- Inbox management
- Answer all calls, taking messages, divert to other colleagues
- Manage incoming and outgoing post
- Liaise with couriers
- Process invoices and expenses where required
- Manage and order office supplies
- Manage travel bookings and chauffeurs for international office guests
- Set up and book meeting rooms
- Order and set up lunch/refreshments for large board meetings
- Help organise annual company conference
- Office administration and ad hoc tasks for the team
Experience/skill set looking for:
- Previous experience working in a similar reception-based position with more duties than switchboard
- To have experience working as a Receptionist within African and international companies is preferred
- Must have working experience providing excellent service to high-profile and HNW individuals
- Must be able to provide articulate and polished support and service to colleagues and visitors to the office
- Proactive and solution-finding
- Strong administrative and attention to detail skills required
