You will join a welcoming and warm team, acting as both the face of the company and an administration assistant to the wider team.
Reception Duties:
- Meet and greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Arrange taxi’s and couriers for all office staff.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members.
- Printing and binding.
Office Management:
- Oversee office supplies inventory and order replenishments as necessary.
- Look after all utility bills for the building and external contractors as required, processing monthly invoices accordingly.
- Manage the archiving and keep all records updated.
- Manage office mobile phone contracts and upgrades when required.
