Facilities Assistant - 6-Month FTC!

My client a leading law firm based in the heart of London and looking for a Facilities Assistant on a 6-month FTC, to start immediately!

Key Responsibilities:

· To be fully flexible between the hours of 08:00 to 18:00 Monday - Friday

· Reception support and meeting room management

· Receive telephone calls, answer queries and direct accordingly following correct protocols

· Assist with Ad hoc requests from the wider business including laminating, filing & scanning.

· Assist with any requests from the Facilities Manager

Job Requirements: skills, competencies, experience

• Experience in a similar role or front of house position for 6 month.

• Fluent English, oral and written.

• Educated to 'GSCE' level standard or equivalent.

• Confident Telephone Manner

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
