This client is looking for a highly polished Receptionist Office Manager to join their team, as the first face of the company, and deliver unparalleled service and lasting impressions on clients.
They are seeking a brilliant individual, with 2-3 years of corporate or hospitality experience, who is resilient and resourceful, has the highest standards and rigorous attention to detail. This candidate should be able to deliver unparalleled service, making each stakeholder feel valued and ensure every client receives the highest standards of customer service
You will be expected to be a strong multi-tasker, and able to ensure the smooth running of the office at all times. You will be required to provide administrative help for the senior management, as and when required.
High standards, strong communication skills and attention to detail are vital.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Setting up meeting rooms
- General admin and ad hoc duties
- Presentation preparation and printing
- Supplies and day-to-day office management
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors, building management.
- Internal event planning / delivery
- Assist senior management support staff
Salary: £30-35k
Hours: 9-6pm
Based: Office - Mayfair
