PA to the Headteacher/SLT

Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking for a new challenge in the world of education?
If yes, then you will be excited to hear that at St. John Bosco College, Battersea, we are looking to recruit an experienced and talented individual to join our team as PA to our Headteacher & SLT.

Our Governors are delighted to be able to offer this opportunity for someone to work in our dynamic, friendly, forward thinking and engaging school and although experience in working as an executive/personal assistant to senior management is preferred, it is not essential.  We want to appointment someone who has the skills, enthusiasm, flexibility and dedication to support the school’s ethos, aims and it’s whole community.

You will need to show that you can diligently support the team by providing seamless professional administration by proving to have:

• excellent communication skills (verbal and written) first rate IT skills in all MS Office applications confidence in organising meetings and minute taking the ability to produce a variety of different documentation the breadth of secretarial and administrative experience experience in handling sensitive and confidential information a commitment to support the school in promoting the ethos, ambitions and policies of the school.
