Job description

 

 

We are looking to recruit a service administrator working 9 hours a week alongside another part time administrator.

The role will involve:

  • General office support, enabling our frontline project workers to focus on their direct work with children and young people.
  • Management of service user files.
  • Payment of expenses to our volunteers in a timely way.
  • Raising of invoices via Barnardo's finance system.
  • Oversight of the service health and safety, including fire alarm and emergency lighting checks, with clear documentation.

You will need a good eye for detail and a willingness to work flexibly with your colleagues.

We are a friendly, small and busy team and, whilst the hours for this role are initially small, you will play an important part in the success of our service.
