PA/Accounts Assistant

Seeking an experienced PA/Accounts Assistant to join an established business on a full time permanent basis.

The role will see the chosen candidate being responsible for:

Bookkeeping.

VAT returns.

Payroll

PA support to company directors

The chosen candidate need not be qualified but solid experience of providing bookkeeping and payroll services previously is essential.

The PA element will see support to two company directors. Provision of admin support, expenses, travel arrangements, correspondence and filing.

Working days would ideally be Monday/Tuesday and Thursday although there is some flexibility on this dependent on candidate.

The role can be completed from home but the chosen candidate MUST live in Cornwall in order to be able to attend meetings and the office which is based in Falmouth on occasion. If preference is to work from an office then desk space is available in the Falmouth area.
