A leading manufacturer of point-of-sale display equipment. Producing a range of high-end bespoke products for the commercial and retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general Quality Control checks.
Assembly and packing of POS displays and retail fixtures/furniture.
Provide first line support to a team of 10-12 operatives
Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure targets are met
Candidate Requirements:
Competent in assembly and packing of retail display items, working from specific instructions.
Part assembling and quality checking components during the assembly phase.
Use of appropriate packaging materials to suit protection for the goods.
Use of light hand/air powered / power tools.
Use correct manual handling techniques, including use of forklift truck (training provided as required.)
Accurately record / check condition of fixtures to a brief and making reports for team leader.
Red and interpret technical drawings
Be fluent in English.
