Shift Pattern - 12hr shifts (days and nights) rotating Monday - Friday.
Our respected client is a global pharmaceutical company manufacturing a diverse range of products including medically critical sterile products that help to save the lives of millions of people worldwide.
The successful candidate will support the manufacturing process of our products. On a daily basis your role will involve the preparation of equipment, bulk manufacturing and filling. You will be involved in ensuring compliance in Safety, Quality and Training standards in order to meet the companies Customer Service, Cost and Quality Targets.
Packaging Operative Job description:
The Packaging Operator role is responsible for the set up and running of multiple packing lines where pre-assembled devices are packaged to a quality standard. The product is manufactured ready for onward dispatch from the Warehouse. Operators must understand and adhere to standards to ensure safety, quality and performance in the highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Sills:
We are looking for candidates who have a can-do attitude with the willingness to learn new skills, are flexible and have excellent communication skills.
As well as the above we are also looking for candidates who are:
* IT literate - Ability to use in house computer systems competently (full training is provided)
* Comfortable working in a Team
* Able to use their own initiative - Our client readily welcomes and encourages its staff to provide suggestions on ways their role can be improved.
You will also be required to have GSCSE's grade C or above in Maths and English or equivalent.
