Packing Team Member - Monday To Friday Lates

Job IntroductionOur Packing Monday to Thursday shift is full time hours (40) condensed into 4 days and meaning you’ll have Friday to Sunday off!
Working hours

• Monday - Friday - 5.30pm - 1.30am

Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Packing Team Member, you will be:

• Using the speciality equipment to help identify and remove dishes that don’t meet the Bigham standards
• Carefully measuring and adding toppings to finish off our dishes and make them extraordinary.
• Re-filling our packing machines with new carboard sleeves or boxes
• Accurately stacking boxed dishes onto pallets and moving any filled pallets into logistics
• Maintaining high hygiene levels and keeping a tidy workspace
• Maintaining food preparation records and logs
• Carrying out effective and accurate shift handovers
• Flagging any issues with the equipment within your area
• Work as part of a fast paced team towards the completion of the daily plan

The Ideal CandidateWhat you’ll need

• The ability to work with various technology including packing and quality check machinery, so computer literacy is important. Previous experience in a machinist-based role is desirable but not essential

• The ability to learn how to use existing and newly introduced packing equipment
• A positive approach to work
• A desire to develop their skills and work as part of a team
