PA/Directors Assistant

We are looking for a PA to support the Engineering Director at this very successful established business on the outskirts of Grimsby.
You will need a car to reach the location - Mon-Fri 9-5 (some flexibility around start time)
You will support the Director in the overall managing of operations within the Engineering department using your exceptional organisational skills.
The role:-
Managing a complex diary
Scheduling appointments and organising meetings
Preparing agendas, minutes and other documentation
Handling travel arrangements
Dealing with expenses
Maintaining confidential records and exercising discretion
Liaising with departments and stakeholders
Assisting in preparing reports and projects
Conducting research and gathering important information for decision-making
