Paid Media Manager

Online marketing agency Glass Digital is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Paid Media Manager with at least two year's industry experience to join its dynamic marketing team.

The successful candidate will be managing paid accounts across varied platforms, both devising and implementing account strategies towards a client specified target. The role allows freedom for an enthusiastic and creative marketer to really put their ideas to the test!

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing Paid Media strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
• Managing and optimising advertising campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
• Analysing campaign data and providing actionable insights to improve performance and ROI.
• Reporting to clients and your line manager on key metric changes and data trends.
• Demonstrating a results driven approach - the ability to drive a strong ROI through a number of key metrics.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Paid Media advertising.
• Serving as the main point of contact for several key clients.

Skills & Experience

ESSENTIAL

• Minimum of 2 years experience in managing Paid Media campaigns, with a focus on Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads.
• Proven track record of driving results and achieving KPIs in Paid Media accounts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to create compelling ad copy and client reports.
• Enthusiastic and motivated.
• Good overall knowledge of digital marketing.

DESIRABLE

• Certifications such as Facebook Blueprint and Google Ads Certification.
• Experience using Shoptimised.
• Experience using Optmyzr.
• Experience with other Paid Media channels such as Pinterest Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
