MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading Fashion brand, on the search for a Paid Search Executive, based in Newcastle.
As Paid Search Executive, you'll manage search marketing spend to drive traffic to the website to hit overall sales forecasts.
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day running of Paid search accounts, primarily across Google and Bing.
- Creating new focused campaigns across search, shopping, Pmax & display to drive new & repeat traffic to the website to hit business performance targets.
- A/B testing of campaigns to drive efficient growth in both traffic and ROAS.
- Grow our brands visibility internationally via expanding campaign structure in Europe and beyond.
- Work closely with the tech and e-Commerce teams to drive feed optimisation throughout product catalogues to increase visibility in paid and organic shopping campaigns.
- Optimise daily search spend against a performance-based budget to ensure profitability targets are achieved.
- Weekly and Monthly reporting on performance to key stakeholders across the business.
- Working with in-house creative and content teams to create leading ad copy across search.
- Keep up to date with ongoing changes and industry changes.
What are we looking for?
- A minimum 2 years’ experience in managing search campaigns in-house or agency based.
- Deep understanding of Google & Bing ad platforms
- In-house experience of D2C e-Commerce desired but not required.
- Proactive, resilient and an excellent communicator.
- Strong decision making and time management skills to prioritise personal workload and that of the team.
