Job description

Your role:
Campaign Strategy and Execution
• Work closely with the Account Management team to develop, implement, and continuously optimise effective Paid Social media campaigns to reach our clients’ target audiences across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant social channels.
• Model and analyse campaign options to identify most appropriate campaign activity and recommend plans.
• Manage the quality of ad campaigns prior to launch to ensure accurate linking, creative and copy.
Audience Targeting
• Apply advanced audience targeting to define and reach specific audience segments, maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of Paid Social campaigns.
Ad Testing
• Implement rigorous A/B testing to optimise ad performance, focusing on campaign KPIs.
Budget Management
• Monitor budgets and spends across all platforms, recommending adjustments where needed.
Data Analysis and Reporting
• Provide in-depth analysis of Paid Social campaign data, identifying actionable insights and recommendations to achieve ongoing improvements.
• Create regular campaign analysis reports for client and/or internal agency use
Social Media Updates
• Monitor the digital landscape for early identification and assessment of relevant developments, trends, opportunities and issues across the social media landscape, sharing this knowledge to improve results
What You’ll Bring:
• Proven experience managing Paid Social media campaigns, with particular current expertise in LinkedIn backed up by solid experience across META, Twitter, Tik-Tok and other platforms.
• Meticulous attention to detail across the planning, execution, analysis, and communication of social campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable recommendations to improve results
• Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, with an excellent understanding of ad effectiveness and customer journeys, and the ability to quickly build an in-depth understanding of niche market segments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Strong collaboration skills with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to constructively contributing to projects, and to team and account discussions, to help drive performance and growth
• Results-focussed and highly motivated, with a drive to keep learning
• Experience working in the higher education / graduate management education sector is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related industry experience is preferred
