This is a wonderful opportunity to join a fast-growing, focussed and established digital marketing agency as their dedicated Paid Social Media Manager. In this new position you will play a pivotal role with direct impact, managing performance-focused ad campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You'll navigate advertising, focusing on execution, optimisation, and impactful data analysis to enhance ROAS.
Your role will involve:
- Optimising KPIs: Vigilantly managing and refining Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Conversion Rate (CR) and CTR to boost efficiency and aligning with business goals
- Leading campaigns: Driving top-tier Paid Social campaigns with a proactive and strategic mindset, best-practise media buying and compelling creative to surpass KPI benchmarks
- Analysing & executing: Employing tools like Meta Ads Reporting, Anytrack and GA4 to dissect campaign data and fortify a data-led strategy to enhance KPIs continually
- Communicating: Delivering clear, data-backed updates and insights for constant campaign refinement
