Paint Technician role:
- Running our state-of-the-art spray both to achieve flawless paint finishes.
- Ensuring that vehicles are properly masked and prepared to meet our exacting standards.
- Mixing and matching paint colours with precision and accuracy.
- Applying paint to damaged areas with precision and attention to detail, blending paint seamlessly to achieve flawless finishes.
- Inspecting painted surfaces thoroughly for quality and consistency, to ensure they are ready for refit.
- Ensuring all work areas are kept clean and organised and that all work is carried out in line within health and safety guidelines and regulations.
- Working as part of the team to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements: Paint Technician
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician, ideally in an accident repair environment.
- Proficiency in colour matching and blending techniques.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality workmanship.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ideally you will have an ATA or NVQ qualification
