AddressPainter & Decorator
Location: Site Based Manchester and surrounding areas. Typically working Monday to Friday 39 Hours.
As a skilled Painter & Decorator you already have the knowledge and experience you need to be excellent at your trade and understand the positive impact you can have on your customers. Your role will work alongside a team of trade colleagues completing Kitchen refurbishments within tenanted properties in the social housing sector. Occasional minor plastering will be required, soke patch plastering experience is beneficial. You will also have access to training and development ensuring that you are continuously learning and progressing.

An outline of your responsibilities and experience
- Previous experience working as a dedicated Painter, happy to work at heights.
- Working alongside a team of trade colleagues to refurbish tenanted properties.
- Internal painting works on Kitchens refits, which may include some prep and finishing works. Occasional minor plastering.
- Some external painting may be required.
- A successful candidate will need to provide evidence of qualifications and training, minimum level 2 in Painting and decorating. CSCS card preferred.
- The work will be within the Social Housing Sector so experience in this sector is desirable but not essential
- Working on occupied properties with occasional void works
- Trusted to hit your targets weekly and manage workload effectively. This is a fast paced environment, completing around 10 kitchens each week.
- Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes

About You
The successful Painter and Decorator will possess a Painting qualification with the ability to work across multiple sites, although further training, including in Health and Safety will be given. What is equally as important is the ability to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and the willingness to work in and as a team to deliver a great service.
