Long term painter needed for work in Midlothian, interested?

Peace Recruitment are looking for a Painter on behalf of one of our clients for a long term contract. The Painter is required to work on void properties around the Dalkeith area. They are looking for someone asap and it is ongoing work. They will be paying £19 p/h - CIS / Umbrella. Due to the nature of the work a Driving Licence is essential.

Experience & skills:

• Time served Painter with excellent previous experience
• Must come across professionally and happy to work in void and vacant properities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Ability to wallpaper is not essential but would be a great bonus
• Good communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients
• A CSCS card is not essential but preferred
• Due to the nature of the work a Driving Licence is essential.
